SCC’s lighting design lets visitors experience the natural beauty of Hokkaido indoors, with a variety of options tailored to the event size, purpose, and number of attendees. Each room is designed for easy navigation and spacious comfort and welcomes guests with materials that offer a sense of peace and tranquility.
Restaurant
Terrace Restaurant SORA
Guests can enjoy dining at Terrace Restaurant SORA, which seats up to 100. SORA also offers a place to have parties and delivers beverages and boxed lunches for meetings, which can be responded at preferred times, even outside of restaurant hours, if arranged prior.

Facilities
AED (1st Floor)
An AED is available in front of the reception desk on the 1st floor.
AED (2nd Floor)
An AED is located near the entrance of the Small Hall on the 2nd floor.
Nursing Room
A nursing room is located between the reception area and the conference building.
If you wish to use it, please speak to the reception desk.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available at the West Entrance. Please inform the reception desk before using one.
Coin Lockers (1st Floor)
Coin lockers are located near the escalator.
Fees: Large – ¥300 / Medium – ¥200.
Valuables Lockers (2nd Floor)
Free valuables lockers are available in front of the Briefing Room on the 2nd floor.
Rest Areas
There are several rest areas throughout the facility.Please feel free to relax during breaks between meetings or exhibitions.
Elevator (in front of Restaurant SORA)
There is an elevator located between Meeting Room 108 and Restaurant SORA, which provides access to the area next to Meeting Room 207.
Elevator (West Entrance)
An elevator is located next to the West Entrance and in front of the reception desk, providing access to the 2nd floor.
Escalator
An escalator connecting the 1st and 2nd floors is located in the center of the building.
Tactile Paving
Tactile paving blocks are installed throughout the facility. Braille is also provided on handrails and information panels.
Water Dispensers
To promote the use of reusable bottles and reduce plastic waste, water dispensers are available on the 1st and 2nd floors.
Parking Payment Machine
A parking payment machine is located in front of the reception desk, allowing you to pay your parking fee inside the building.
Currency Exchange Machine
A currency exchange machine is located in front of the reception desk. Please note that foreign currency exchange services are not available in the building.
Internet Access
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility.
SSID and password information can be found at various locations within the venue.
