Access
Paid parking is available on the west side of the Convention Center, including the 1st Flat Parking Lot, 2nd Flat Parking Lot, and the 3rd Multi-story Parking Garage. Additionally, there is no parking discount.
A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available in the 1st Flat Parking Lot. Please use the intercom at the entrance to contact security.
The nearest station is Higashi-Sapporo Station on the Tozai Subway Line. The Convention Center is approximately a 10-minute walk from the station.
After exiting the station, follow the signs toward the Convention Center and continue straight to reach the venue.
Please take a JR Hokkaido Bus bound for Shin-Sapporo Station and get off at “Chuo 1-jo 1-chome” on National Route 12.
Buses run frequently; however, the walking distance from this bus stop is approximately the same as from Higashi-Sapporo Subway Station.

Bicycle parking is available in front of the multi-story parking garage.
A bus rotary is located at the West Entrance, where buses may park temporarily.
For long-term parking of large buses, please use the Outdoor Exhibition Area as a designated parking area.
Microbuses may park in the parking lot; however, space is limited, so please consult with us in advance.
Event
Please contact the event organizer for details on the event and exact event hours.
Installations are permitted only near the entrances of halls and meeting rooms.
Please consult with us in advance regarding available space and sign placement.
If the entire facility is reserved, exhibits may be displayed in entrance areas and foyers upon payment of the public space usage fee.
Up to approximately 10 boxes can be stored in the shared storage area on the day before the event. Please clearly indicate the event date and venue on all shipments.
For return shipping, up to approximately 10 boxes can be handled by the facility using Yamato Transport (freight collect).
If a large number of items will be returned, event organizers or operating companies are requested to arrange pickup themselves.
For return shipping via carriers other than Yamato Transport, organizers or operating companies must be present to arrange the shipment.
If you already have a tentative or confirmed reservation, please inform us of the venue you wish to view.
If you are considering a reservation, please contact us first with details of the desired venue and event.
Please note that tour requests without prior consultation may not be accommodated.
Food and Beverages
For food safety and proper waste management reasons, event organizers and operating companies are requested not to bring in outside food and beverages.
Orders should be placed with designated vendors through the administrative office.
There are no restrictions on participants bringing their own meals or drinks, such as boxed lunches or beverages purchased individually.
Eating and drinking are permitted inside the venue. Please note that an additional cleaning fee will apply for the Small Hall.
Yes. We can propose pricing and menu options tailored to your event needs.
Equipment and Service
Three units are available at the West Entrance.
Please ask at the reception desk if you wish to use one.
AEDs are installed in two locations: one in front of the 1st-floor reception desk and one near the Small Hall on the 2nd floor.
There is no ATM in the facility. ATMs are available at the nearby Rasora Sapporo shopping complex.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue.
Yes. Terrace Restaurant SORA is located on site.
Pets are not permitted inside the facility.
Service dogs, such as guide dogs and assistance dogs, are exempt from this restriction and are allowed inside.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire facility. The SSID and password are posted in various locations inside the building.
Lost and Found
Please contact the Convention Center by email after confirming the date and venue of your visit.
Please also note that lost items may be kept by the event organizer, so we recommend contacting them as well.
Valuables, including cash, will be turned in to the Shiroishi Police Station.
